Mionix Wei keyboard

The design feels premium, and also looks great as you can see on the picture. The keyboard is quite heavy and the curly extension part of the keyboard is as good as useless. The lighting is great and makes the keyboard keys more readable than when there is no lighting. Lighting can’t be turned of on the keyboard for that you will need software that only runs on Windows or Mac. I will have a look if there is a way to configure the keyboard on my Linux Mint machine.

For me it took time to get used to typing on it as the keyboard is positioned flat and I’m used to type at a slight elevation. Although I type 80% by touch, not seeing the special characters is sometimes annoying but on the other hand it might help me getting closer to typing completely by touch. Another remark I have is the small enter key.
